Background
Puchong Beautiful Gate Hope Factory at the start of its operation in 2013, we have began accepting children with special needs in our care training them basic living skills. In July 2014, Hope Factory began it first workshop training for these parents, teachers, volunteers and public to create deeper understanding and training activities to assist them on how to care and communicate with these special children.
Purpose
To create a series of lectures, workshop and practical training for the participants mostly the parents, teachers and the public in general on the awareness, understanding, clarify and differential types these special care children. With these participant can be more effective communication and support the progress of special children.
Aim / Objective
We strive to have each training session to have at least 40 special parents, teachers, volunteers participation with a more systematic approach.

“Be an angel Training” for the Special needs of Parents, Teachers and Volunteers is to enhance community understanding the needs of special child and understanding the skills of communicating with each special child.
阳光天使之特殊情怀
我们坚信：
如果一个孩子生活在容忍中，他就学会忍耐。

他就学会在这个世界里去寻找爱。
缘起
当蒲种美门希望工厂开始面临着父母带着特殊孩子寻求帮助时。我们就决定主办第一届“特殊情怀”为特殊家长、老师、志工提供的培训活动。我们晓得仍有许多想为社会服务的“有心人”或是身边所接触的特殊孩子感到茫然失措，又或是特殊家长希望能促更进一步方法培育自己的孩子。为此，这培训就于2014年7月5开始了第一届培训课。
宗旨
透过一系列的讲座和实际的见习，让参加者认知与了解不同的特殊类别和参与服务的本质；更进一步接纳与关爱特殊孩子的需要，更有效的沟通并扶持特殊孩子的进展。
目标
每一届培训至少40位特殊家长、老师、志工参加。更有系统的学习特殊孩子的服务工作范围。

“特殊情怀”给特殊家长、老师、志工的培训，今年乃是第一次主办，但愿此活动能唤醒更多的社会人士看到特殊孩子的需要，以加入服务团队。很多的特殊培训课程多数于英文为主，却忽列了缺乏教育背景的家长；此外更盼这活动能帮助特殊家长更有效的进入孩子的空间。
